Committee Minutes
Extraordinary Committee Meeting held on Monday 21st March
Present: Pete Burgess (Chairman), Craig Paget (Treasurer), Ian Bland (Club Secretary), Kim Marsh (Team Secretary), Ian Newcombe, Mike Newton-Woof, Jacky Barron

Latest attempt at re-sealing the floor at the end of February has failed again and the council has stopped the use of the hall for fast indoor sports such as Badminton.
There is no date currently set for a new contractor to come in and make good the floor.
All Matches until the end of the season will now be played at Atherley School and when the matches are completed at the end of April, we could re-start Club Nights if the floor at the Recreation Centre has not been fixed.
Plan to look at options to compensation members for the loss of club nights.
Pete will send out e:mail letter to all members updating them on the current situation.
